Today I want to share with you a video that I created yesterday about my “The Show Up Step Out & Shine Leadership Method” book that I recently released. I created this so people just like you can have the opportunity to learn more about the content that is inside the book itself.

I have over 100 different strategies that I have personally used to get consistent results as a leader myself but I wanted to get this book out into the public as soon as possible. I don’t want to overwhelm people with that many strategies because that is obviously way too many but I really had to water it down to best ones so people can get great results very quickly.

I had to spend some time really figuring out what the must have strategies were and after fighting back and forth with myself, I boiled it down to seven.
